Blackmail
(1) A person who compels a person to do or not to do something that is illegal or not obliged to do or not to do something that he is right or obliged to do, or to gain unfair advantage, is sentenced to imprisonment from one year to three years and a judicial fine up to five thousand days. . (2) If a person threatens to disclose or impute matters that will harm the honor or dignity of a person in order to benefit himself or someone else, a penalty will be imposed in accordance with the first paragraph.
