: Acquisition of Turkish Citizenship for Foreign Investors
Article 12 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901 allows foreign investors to acquire Turkish citizenship in exceptional terms; with 18.09.2018 dated and 106 numbered Presidential Decree, amendatory new arrangements have been made regarding the amounts mentioned in the Article 20 of the Regulation on the Implementation of the aforementioned Law.
Within this scope, the foreign investors;
who make fixed capital investment at least 500.000 US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or equivalentamount of Turkish Lira and for whom certificate of conformity is issued by the Ministry of Industry and Technology,
who purchase the immovable property at least 250.000 US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or equivalent amount of Turkish Lira and attached annotation at land registration not to sell this property for three years and for whom a certificate of conformity is issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization,
who employ at least 50 employees and for whom a certificate of conformity is issued by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services,
who invest at least 500.000 US dollars or its equivalent in foreign currency orequivalentamount of Turkish Lira and make commitment to hold the amount of deposits for three years at banks operating in Turkey and for whom a certificate of conformity is issued by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency,
who purchase public borrowing instrumentsat least 500.000 US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or equivalentamount of Turkish Lira and make commitment to hold these instruments for three years and for whom certificate of conformity is issued by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance,
who purchase a real estate investment fund participation share or venture capital investment fund participation amount of at least 500.000 US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or equivalent amount of Turkish Lira and make commitment to hold these participation shares for three-years and for whom a certificate of conformity is issued by the Capital Market Board,
In order to;
Make the process of acquiring Turkish citizenship more efficient and faster,
Provide services in support, consultancy and application tracking processes from the application for residence permit (6458-31/J) to the acquisition of Turkish citizenship,
Provide quality service with qualified personnel working in manner of "customer representative",
Maintain foreign investors, who do not have a certificate of conformity, to contact with the relevant determining institutions and to direct them to the designated contact persons,
Operations have been started to provide faster service by establishing “special/joint offices”, mainly in Ankara and Istanbul.
Moreover, the documents requested for foreign citizens to acquire Turkish citizenship and the documents requested separately in citizenship applications were simplified in "private/common offices"; so residence permit and citizenship application shall be obtained at once together with the jointly determined documents.

: Erwerb der Türkischen Staatsbürgerschaft der Ausländischen Investoren
Artikel 12 des Türkischen Staatsangehörigkeitsgesetzes mit der Nummer 5901 erlaubt,die ausländischen Investoren in Ausnahmefällen die türkische Staatsbürgerschaft zu erwerben. Die reformatorische Bestimmungen über genannten Beträge in dem Artikel 20 der Verordnung über Durchführung des betreffenden Gesetzes wurden vom Präsidialerlass vom 18.09.2018 mit der Nummer 106 gemacht.
In diesem Rahmen;
beginnend in Ankara und Istanbul wurden die Aktivitäten über den Aufbau von privaten/ gemeinsamen Büros begonnen, die einen schnelleren Dienste bieten werden,
die Ausländische Investoren, die
eine Anlageinvestition in Höhe von mindestens 500.000 USD oder Äquivalent in Fremdwährung oder Äquivalent in Türkische Lira realisiert haben und eine Konformitätsbescheinigung von dem Ministerium für Industrie und Technologie im Namen von sie ausgestellt wird,
die Grundstücke in Höhe von mindestens 250.000 USD oder Äquivalent in Fremdwährung oder Äquivalent in Türkische Lira gekauft haben und annotiert haben, dass die Waren für drei Jahren unverkauft sind und eine Konformitätsbescheinigung von dem Ministerium für Umwelt und Urbanisierung im Namen von sie ausgestellt wird,
die Arbeitsplätzen von mindestens 50 Personen geschafft haben und eine Konformitätsbescheinigung von dem Ministerium für Familie, Arbeit und Soziale Diensteim Namen von sie ausgestellt wird,
das Deposit in Höhe von mindestens 500.000 USD oder Äquivalent in Fremdwährung oder Äquivalent in Türkische Lira zu die Banken in der Türkei angelegt haben und verpflichtet haben, dass das Deposit auf der Banken behalten wird und eine Konformitätsbescheinigung von Banking Regulierungs- und Aufsichtsbehörden in Namen von sie ausgestellt wird,
die öffentliche Anleiheinstrumenten in Höhe von mindestens 500.000 USD oder Äquivalent in Fremdwährung oder Äquivalent in Türkische Lira gekauft haben und verpflichtet haben, dass sie für drei Jahren behalten werden und eine Konformitätsbescheinigung von dem Ministerium für Schatzwesen und Finanzen im Namen von sie ausgestellt wird,
die Kostenbeteiligungbei dem Grundstück Investmentfonds oder Risikokapitalfonds Beteiligung in Höhe von mindestens 500.000 USD oder Äquivalent in Fremdwährung oder Äquivalent in Türkische Lira gekauft haben und verpflichtet haben dass sie für drei Jahren behalten werden und eine Konformitätsbescheinigung vom Kapitalmarktausschuss in Namen von sie ausgestellt wird,
um den Prozess für den Erwerb der Türkischen Staatsbürgerschaft effektiver und schneller zu machen,
um die Dienste über Unterstützung, Beratung und Anwendungsverfolgung in der Periode vom Aufenthaltsgenehmigungsanwendung (6458-31/J) bis zum Erwerb der Türkischen Staatsbürgerschaft zu bieten,
um die hochwertige Dienste mit dem Personal, das nach dem Prinzip der „Kundenberater“ arbeitet, zu bieten,
um sicherzustellen, dass ausländische Investoren, die kein Konformitätszertifikat besitzen, an die identifizierten Verbindungspersonen mit den entsprechenden Ermittlungseinrichtungen verweisen werden.
Außerdemwurden die auseinander beantragenden Dokumente für Aufenthaltsgenehmigung und Anfragen auf Staatsbürgerschaft vereinfacht, die für die Ausländischen Investoren erforderlich sind, um die Türkische Staatsbürgerschaft in privaten/gemeinsam Büros zu erwerben. Mit den gemeinsam festgelegten Dokumenten wird gleichzeitig eine Aufenthaltsgenehmigung und Anfragen auf Staatsbürgerschaft erteilt.

: Acquisition de la Citoyenneté Turque pour les Investisseurs Etrangers
Conformément à l'article 12 de la loi de citoyenneté turque n ° 5901,les investisseurs étrangers peut acquérir la citoyenneté turque à des conditions exceptionnelles et avec la décision du Président de la République du 18.09.2018 et n ° 106, de nouvelles modifications correctives ont été faites concernant les montants mentionnés à l'article 20 du règlement relatif à l'application de ladite loi.
Dans ce contexte ;
Les investisseurs étrangers qui
A effectué un investissement en capital fixe au moins des 500.000 dollars Américains ou l'équivalent en devise étrangère ou l'équivalent en lires Turques et qui a pris le certificat de conformité publié par le Ministère de l'Industrie et de la Technologie en leur nom,
A acheté les immeubles d’un montant de minimum 250.000 dollars Américains ou l'équivalent en devise étrangère ou l'équivalent en lires Turques et qui attaché l'annotation pour ne pas vendre pendant 3 ans et aussi qui a pris le certificat de conformité publié par le Ministère de l'Environnement et de l'Urbanisation en leur nom,
Fournir un emploi pour au moins des 50 personnes et aussi qui a pris le certificat de conformité publié par le Ministère de la Famille, du Travail et des Services Sociaux en leur nom,
Investissent au moins des 500 000 dollars Américains ou l’équivalent en devise étrangère ou l’équivalent en lires Turques et aussi qui s'engager à conserver le montant des dépôts pendant trois ans dans des banques opérant en Turquie et qui a pris le certificat de conformité publié par l’Agence de Régulation et de Supervision Bancaire.
A acheté les instruments d'emprunt public au moins des 500.000 dollars Américains ou l'équivalent en devise étrangère ou en lires Turques qui est l’égard engagement de 3 ans et qui a pris du certificat de conformité du Ministère Trésor et des Finances.
Acheté une part de participation au fonds d'investissement immobilier et part de participation au fonds d'investissement en capital-risque au prix de minimum 500.000 dollars américains ou l'équivalent en devise étrangère ou équivalent en lires Turques et qui les gardes avec engagement de trois ans et qui a pris un certificat de conformité du Conseil du Marché des Capitaux en leur nom.
Rendre le processus d’acquisition de la citoyenneté Turque des investisseurs étrangers plus efficace et plus rapide,
Fournir un soutien dans le processus de permis de séjour, de conseil et de suivi des demandes jusqu'à l’acquisition de la citoyenneté Turque.
Fournir un service qualité avec un personnel qualifié travaillant dans la logique du « représentant du client ».
Afin de veiller à ce que les investisseurs étrangers ne disposant pas d’un certificat de conformité soient contactés avec les agences de détection concernées et soient dirigés vers les personnes de contact identifiées, des travaux ont été entrepris sur la création de « bureaux privés/communs » qui assureront un service plus rapide à partir d’Ankara et d’Istanbul.
En outre, il est garanti que le permis de séjour et la demande de citoyenneté seront obtenus simultanément avec les documents demandés séparément pour le permis de séjour et les demandes de citoyenneté étrangère requis pour que les investisseurs étrangers puissent acquérir la citoyenneté Turque dans des « bureaux privés/communs » qu’été établi
